Leonard at the Hampton Repair Workshop has performed little short of miracles with the instruments I have asked him to modify, sort out or repair! His attention to detail is always impressive and the knowledge of his craft that he brings to his work deeply reassuring when one passes a particularly well loved bass or guitar to him for work. He delivers what he sais he will do at the time and price that he said the job in question would be. My instruments are my living and I can't entrust their care to anyone who isn't 100% professional in all respects. I have no hesitation in recommending leonard's work at the Hampton repair workshop to all comers!

Many thanks once again for the work you did on the Loree oboe. The results are excellent - the oboe looks great and feels so much easier to play.

Hi Leonard
Now I've had a chance to sit down & play my 'serviced' Takamine. I would never have thought it would make such a difference. It sounded great to start with, but its even better now - what a great tone! It really is like a new neck & I'm not being fooled by new strings either, it plays better than ever.
perfect action.
Thanks & Best regards,
Bill Andrews

Dear Leonard
Just to let you know that my son Al came round to collect the guitar yesterday, was absolutely delighted with it and played beautifully on it for nearly an hour. Thank you for your wonderful restoration.Best wishes

You have returned my Les Paul's neck to its former glory and I am very pleased with the set up, money well spent. Sound's great through the Cornford Harlequin and is resonating like it used to. Only my neighbours will be sorry!

I can say that a proper overhaul has definitely
been worth every penny. I've just been having a practice and, although I thought
it was OK before, it is so much better now. I can't wait to join my clarinet
group on Thursday.

Hi Leonard
I have given the horn a thorough work-out since I picked it up. It's more
flexible tonally than the Mark 6 - everything I was hoping for and more. You're
right about the top end - fantastic! The bottom end is a monster as well (and
the bit in between isn't bad either). The action is superb - very responsive and
nice to the touch.
Many thanks for a
great job. Worth the wait!

I had my (Dearmond Starfire Special semi acoustic) electric guitar setup by you recently. The frets were dressed and the nut and action were adjusted.
The guitar plays like a dream now and sounds fantastic. I can't stop playing it.
Thanks for a great job.
Regards
